Have a Cat or Kitten to Surrender?

Please complete the following Intake Request Form for the cat or kitten(s) you would like Quirky Cats Sanctuaries to consider for intake. 

Please also note that QCS will only contact you if we have found space to take in the cat or kitten(s) into our program. 

If you have not received contact in 30 days, we are likely unable to assist with placement of the cat or kitten(s). Anyone wishing to submit another application may do so after 30 days. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT INTAKE REQUESTS FOR FERAL CATS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH FERAL CAT PLACEMENT.   IF YOU NEED RESOURCES ON TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return), please email us separately or see our info guide on the website.
